I battled with restrictive eating and an obsessive all or nothing mindset towards fitness- viewing workouts as punishment on my body for years. After a long of work, I’ve transformed my mindset to see fitness and health as a beautiful thing that can ADD to your life, rather than steal all your time and freedom away. I now see exercise as a celebration of all that my body is capable of, not punishment, and I want to help you do the same!
